OPUNTIA PECH, RENTAL IN THE MEDITERRANEAN

On the heights of a typical village of the Mediterranean Aude, in the middle of vineyards, olive groves, scrubland and pine forests, Opuntia rentals are two independent village houses, built in traditional stone, located in Escales, between Corbières and Minervois, between the city of Carcassonne and Narbonne, between mountain and sea. The Opuntia Pech house happens to be more precisely an old wine cellar which has been transformed into a modern accommodation, furnished with care and air-conditioned. On the ground floor, one arrives through a small outdoor space planted with palm trees, then through a bright entrance with a small office; there are then two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. The first floor opens onto a modern and very bright kitchen-living room: the living room extends via a bay window to a covered terrace on the Corbières side (overlooking the other rental, Opuntia Téoulièro, view of the roofs of the village and the surrounding pine forests); the kitchen itself gives access to a terrace without vis-à-vis, offering a panoramic view of the Minervois plain and the Black Mountain. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of four people (one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a single bed and a convertible armchair). We offer our tenants air-conditioned rooms, an equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and quality contemporary decoration (Starck armchairs, Artemide wall lights, colored glass cupboard doors, stained glass, etc.).Our strengths :
