Voilà un peu plus de 22 ans que nous sommes propriétaires de notre P3 à LE GRAU DU ROI. Nous avons profité en famille de la proximité de la plage familiale, des commodités du quartier nombreux commerces, marché trois fois par semaine à 300m, le cinéma. Nous le louons pendant les vacances de juin à septembre. Nos locataires profitent plusieurs années de l'appartement qu'ils apprécient.
