In the calm of the mountains, in the middle of a pristine nature and within an environment of respect for the land and its inhabitants, we offer two yurts to rent throughout all seasons. Our big yurt is situated at the confluence of two mountain creeks, and the small yurt sits like a bird nest between old trees, high up on a hill, placed on a wooden platform, surrounded by a big terrace with a very nice view. The bamboo structure of both yurts creates special aesthetics, wooden-framed windows and doors allow the light to flow in. A parquet floor out of chestnut wood in the big yurt and a seagrass carpet in the small yurt, provide a warm ambience. The yurts are equipped with two double beds and an extendible couch in the big yurt, and a double bed in the small yurt. Cozy areas to read and rest, also near a stove, make for a comfortable space. The surroundings of each yurt on our terraced property of 5800m2, constructed with old stone walls, offer many private places to retire in the calm of the nature. In summer the nearby creek, with its natural pools, offers children and adults a refreshing coolness. The old oak tree beside the small yurt invites one to sit in its shadow. At night you can watch the sky sitting on the upper terrace. Next to the big yurt you will find a shower and toilet and a few steps away there is a wooden building with a fully equipped kitchen. A large sliding door opens up to a covered terrace towards the forest, and transforms the room into an outdoor kitchen. In winter it is heated by a Norwegian woodstove. The calm environment along with the power of the nature makes La Voix du Ruisseau and ideal place for stepping out of life's routine and will help to relax and renew.
