This gîte has been completely renovated by us. It sleeps 5 comfortably. Ideal for relaxing, recharging your batteries and discovering our beautiful region. The magnificent Lake Pierre Percé is just 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports, as well as an accrobranche (tree climbing) course, a zip line and bungee jumping. Situated in a small, quiet village surrounded by forests, with a small communal play park 300 m away. All linen (bedding, towels, tea towels) is provided and included in the rental price. Access to the main level via a spiral staircase: the 55m² living room, very bright, this main room includes: - a kitchen area with fridge (freezer compartment), sink, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and small appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, pressure cooker, etc.). - a dining area with all the crockery and cutlery you need. - a sitting area with LCD screen and Blu-ray player (some DVDs supplied). - a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer. Separate WC. Upper level: The mezzanine - 2-seater sofa bed - Relaxing armchair. - Board games, reading. The mezzanine can be closed off by a small gate. The two bedrooms The first bedroom has a double bed (160cm), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm) and a chest of drawers. Each bed is equipped with a pillow and duvet. An iron, ironing board and clothes line are provided. All childcare equipment is available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, playpen, bath, potty, pushchair, etc.). Small dogs may be accepted on prior request to the owners.
