You will have access to a magnificent outdoor space of 3000m2, with trees and flowers and a terrace of over 60m2 (equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue); facing south with a view of the surrounding peaks.
Ground-floor access to the gîte:
- Fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processors, etc.) opening onto a bright 45 m2 living room.
- Cellar/boiler room for various uses (laundry, storage) communicating with the kitchen and opening onto the exterior
- Master bedroom with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower
- Entrance hall with cupboards and wardrobe

On the first floor of the gîte :
