In the heart of the Gers countryside, in a green and peaceful setting, this charmin group accomodation welcomes you in an old building restored in stone, brick and wood.

This cottage will delight groups, family gatherings and friends because it offers up to 13 beds (possibility of adding extra beds: up to 18 beds.)

Arrivals are allowed from the morning to take advantage of the full days on site.

This large gîte offers various shaded terraces including a 100m2 terrace with a jacuzzi which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Many relaxation areas will welcome you with deckchairs and garden furniture.

It includes: on the ground floor: two fully equipped modern kitchens, two spacious living rooms with fireplaces and large bay windows offering a magnificent view of the countryside. Large tables will welcome you to meet up with family or friends while enjoying the panoramic view.

In terms of bedding, a total of 6 bedrooms are distributed as follows:

On one side of the gîte:

On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 and 1 single bed (90) and a bedroom with a double bed two people of 140.

Separate shower room and a separate toilet.

Reversible air conditioning, wood stove. Spa in glass room.

On the other side of the gîte: On the ground floor, a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people of 140 as well as a separate shower room and a separate toilet.

The floor distributes 3 bedrooms each with a double bed of 140.

Enjoy a second Spa on the outdoor wooden terrace and many leisure facilities on site: vintage pinball machine, volleyball court, badminton, pétanque, table tennis, board games and bicycles are at your disposal: 4 New mountain bikes and 1 electric mountain bike

- Access to the 2 jacuzzis included and unlimited: an indoor jacuzzi, an outdoor jacuzzi on the large sunny terrace. The spas are emptied after each weekend

5 minutes by car the town of Beaumont de Lomagne offers its two supermarkets, its traditional Saturday market, all local shops and various entertainment.

Tourist visits are available to you: bastides, fortified villages, cloisters and abbeys, museums.

Marked hiking trails are nearby. Two leisure bases are accessible in summer.

One at 5 minutes, the other at 15. Beaumont de Lomagne at 3 km, Moissac and Castelsarrasin at 20 mn, Montauban and Auch at 35 mn, Toulouse at 50 mn.
