L'Eventail is a recently restored family house, 120 m², 4 bedrooms, surrounded by an enclosed, wooded and spacious garden, in a private domain (access with a code), in the calm of the Pays d'Auge countryside, with a very pretty sea view. The house is spacious, warm, life is good there! The estate has 2 tennis courts reserved for residents. You will find all the shops 5 minutes by car in Touques, Deauville and Trouville, the train station, beaches and various activities are 6 kilometers away. Honfleur is 14 kilometers away. It is located in a private and secure domain, the Domaine du Haut Bois. Events and parties, fireworks are prohibited in the co-ownership. Likewise, it is forbidden to make too much noise outside, especially at night and on Sundays. The 4th bedroom has access to a private bathroom with window. In the upstairs hallway, you will find a large under-slope storage unit. You have access to a cupboard in bedroom 1 red, and in bedroom 4 green as well as 2 drawers under the beds in bedroom 3 bunk beds. Cleaning is done before your arrival, basic products will be at your disposal to facilitate your arrival, it is up to you to renew them if necessary. In the lounge you will find guides and some games. Children's books are available in bedroom 3. The kitchen is very well equipped, raclette machine, pancake maker, bread machine, electric knife, blender, Bodum coffee maker - small and large models -, Senso coffee maker (paper capsules), utensils for children. + high chair (ask if you want a 2nd one) Outside, in summer, barbecue, outdoor chairs, 2 large wooden tables and chairs, children's cabin with dinette, trampoline.
