The house is located in the hamlet of Kervin (quiet neighborhood) close to the picturesque port of Lérat and its beach (monitored in summer).
Of recent construction, it has floor heating and floor radiators powered by a Heat Pump.

Quartier très agréable. Calme verdoyant et suffisamment proche de la mer et du village pour oublier son véhicule. La location est aussi spacieuse et agréable qu elle en a l air sur les photos

Séjour très agréable. Excellent accueil avec de bons conseils . Maison très confortable et idéalement située .
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, maison idéal avec de jeunes enfants (4 et 6 ans) qui ont adoré le jardin clôturé, la plage à 10 min à pied et la piste cyclable (sans voiture) au bout de la rue. Literie de très bonne qualité, maison lumineuse et très agréable à vivre, volets électriques. Cuisine très agréable. Le patio couvert est également un très agréable endroit ou l'on est toujours à l'abri du soleil et du vent. Et pour finir, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseils.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. La maison est bien agréable.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Emplacement parfait pour visiter piriac, mesquer...
