With its terraced grounds and oak forest, it offers protection from the west wind. Built in the mid-fifteenth century by a local lord, the house was enlarged in the early seventeenth century and again in 1908, with the construction of the East wing and the terrace overlooking the valley. In the twentieth century, it became the residence of a Parisian artist whose family lived here for two generations.
