Close to the collegiate St Pierre church, the castle and its ramparts, we welcome you to a 5-person gite fully equipped and comfortable. Always ready to satisfy you even more, added to a Bike welcome, we have obtained the Fishing label. Indeed, a stone's throw from the Thouet, a tributary of the Loire, it seemed wise to be able to accommodate fishing enthusiasts for a day or more, with the appropriate equipment. The 75 m² cottage consists of: • a 25 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen • a bedroom with a double bed • a large bedroom with three single beds (2 beds that can be pushed together as a double bed) • a shower room with WC • a games / reading area • Free parking in the street • Welcome to bicycles & motorcycles • Relaxation area in the garden The cottage is no-smoking and does not welcome pets. Price for a stay 2 nights: 260 Euros, then additional night for 52 Euros. Either the week (7 nights): 520 Euros. At your arrival, you will have to do a deposit check: - Security deposit 450 €, returned at the end of the stay if the accommodation has not suffered any damage.
