We can accomodate up to 5 people

- a pleasant 450m² garden is also at your disposal with a sheltered terrace and garden furniture: 8 persons table with its armchairs and 4 garden deck chairs

Pedestrian walks, cycle paths, tennis and all shops are nearby. Supermarket: 1.5km.Ile d'Yeu pier: 2kms. Puy du Fou: 1h15 by car. Futuroscope: 1h30 by car.
2 cars can be parked in the garden.
Sedentary people will enjoy the garden and the terrace, out of sight. Active people will be spoiled: joggers, cyclists, swimmers, surfers children's parks: it will need 2 to 10 minutes to reach your playgrounds games.

I live with my wife and my 3 children in the house next door and i work 4kms away.
