About this Holiday rental
You will enjoy your stay in this pleasant, bright cottage enjoying an ideal location between land and sea in Montpellier de Médillan. The Gîte is located just 30 minutes from Royan and its beaches. The house has on the ground floor a living room composed of a lounge area and a dining room with a refurbished kitchen, open to the living room, a shower room and a bathroom with corner bath and toilet. The sleeping area is upstairs and consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a third bedroom with 90 bunk beds, a separate toilet with washbasin. There is also a small garden adjoining the cottage with garden furniture and parasol. The house has a pleasant environment: a swimming pool shared with the other accommodations on the property, a large garden with the swing. Some outdoor games are available to holidaymakers on request.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pool towels are not provided.
In low and mid season, an additional charge of €60/week or €30 from 2 nights will be required for heating.
You have access to various activities/visits within twenty minutes of the accommodation (planet exotica, labyrinth, water park, wakeboarding, several Abbeys, Saintes Romanesque city and Royan,...)

Nous avons apprécié la région qui offre de multiples activités ainsi que la piscine
Petit bémol sur le bruit du parquet à l’étage : chaque déplacement notamment nocturne n’était pas discret
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gîte 6 personnes : excellent accueil de Pascale, gîte très propre et bien équipé.

Pour le bruit du parquet, je suis vraiment désolée, mais la maison étant une maison typique charentaise avec un plancher bois, nous ne pouvons pas y faire grand chose malheureusement... si ce n'est que les vacanciers fassent des efforts en pensant aux autres lors de leurs déplacements à l'étage.
