About this Holiday rental
Stay in this rental, ideally located between Royan and La Palmyre, in the town of Saint-Augustin, along the road to the Arvert Peninsula, just a short distance from the beaches.

The house, accommodating 6 people, offers a bright and spacious living area with an open kitchen (including a dishwasher) connected to a dining space with a large table, and a cozy lounge corner.
It consists of two master bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, and a third bedroom offering flexibility with either a 140 cm bed, or an 80 cm bed and a 90 cm loft bed. The large bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower, and there is a separate WC.
For added convenience, you’ll have access to a utility room with an extra sink and a washing machine. There’s also a garage for storing your bikes, motorcycles, or other leisure equipment.
We provide a high chair, baby bathtub, and folding crib with mattress for babies.
Enjoy warm summer evenings on the front terrace around the plancha grill, or spend afternoons in the shaded dining area at the back of the garden. The large garden space is perfect for badminton games or ball sports. Private parking at the rear accommodates 2-3 vehicles.
The house is close to the new town center (about 600 meters), where you'll find a bakery, a small grocery store with a butcher and pizzas, a post office, and a hairdresser.
The cycle paths leading to the beaches are nearby, approximately 200 meters away.

Weekly rates from €350 to €950, depending on the season
Rentals available weekly or bi-weekly.

Rentals are available from February to September.
Deposits: Same amount as the weekly rate
Cleaning deposit of €70, refundable upon departure if basic cleaning is done.

Nous avons été reçus par de sympathiques hôtes et attentionnés. La maison est joliment rénovée. La location est très propre, l'équipement de cuisine est complet. La location est très située pour visiter la région.
Le point négatif de cette location est la proximité de la départementale. Une circulation intense de véhicules qui roulent à vive allure (normalement c'est 50 km/h). Cette location ne permet absolument pas de se reposer. C'est vraiment dommage.
Une belle location mais un séjour peu reposant à cause de la grosse circulation sur la départementale à proximité de la maison
Owner response :Merci pour vos appréciations sur la maison et sur notre accueil. C’est notre premier été de location puisque maison juste rénovée de cet hiver. En ce qui concerne l’extérieur, il nous reste encore des petites choses à aménager. Après un mois de juillet très calme cette année, nous avons eu une affluence exceptionnelle de vacanciers début août sur Royan et ses environs, d’où une circulation plus importante sur cette période avec les 5 campings présents sur la commune. Nous avons bien pris note de votre remarque et tenu compte qu’un passage plus important peut avoir lieu sur certaines périodes. Nous ne demandons qu'à améliorer le séjour des personnes que nous accueillons. Aussi, nous avons prévu d’aménager cet hiver un deuxième coin repas sur le jardin arrière de la maison, en complément de la terrasse avant.
