Villa Banette, 1st floor, in a Provencal house near to Sisteron (Provence, Durance)

Welcome to Villa Banette !

Ideally located in Volonne, in the Durance valley, in Provence.
The village is perfectly served by the motorway 5 km away, shops and all amenities (less than 300 meters from the house), between Sisteron and Digne les Bains !
In a quiet area, the house is semi-detached but there is independent access through the small gate, opening onto the stairs and the garden dedicated to the gîte.
From the balcony, you can admire a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding area.

The “1st floor” apartment is labeled for 3 people and has a large surface area of 80m2.
Designed for your comfort, it is fully air-conditioned, perfectly soundproofed with the typical decoration of Provençal houses (vintage furniture).
During your stay, you can enjoy the different living rooms :
- An independent kitchen with the main appliances
- A large living room with dining table and a bright lounge area with TV (+ Wi-Fi, fiber access)
- A first bedroom with 1 120 bed
- Another bedroom with 1 double bed 140
- A bathroom with large shower (chair and grab bar) and washing machine

Outside :
For families, the house is completely fenced, allowing your children to play outside in complete safety.
A closed shelter is reserved for your bicycles or motorcycles.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
For lovers of pétanque, an emblematic Provençal activity, a boules pitch is located next to the house.

Included in the price of your stay :
- bed linen (beds are made on arrival)
