Built in 1685, the apartment is located in the hotel of ARLATAN-LAURIS opposite the theater of the Jeu de Paume (rue de l'Opéra) but the condominium also includes the hotel of Dreux-Brézé rue du Maréchal Joffre which is located in front of the chapel of the white penitents (annex of the museum Granet).
The apartment overlooking the courtyard of the garden of the hotel ARLATAN, it is incredibly quiet and has an open view without vis-à-vis and facing south. The garden is accessible and sun loungers are provided for residents who meet among neighbors for an aperitif!
