The Villa "le Retour de Plage" is located 250 meters from the beach and the Crique de la Baumette, on the Côte d'Azur, in the harbor of Agay, halfway between Saint Tropez and Cannes. Renowned for its unique landscapes and the tranquility that reigns there, Agay Bay is an ideal destination for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and the “dolce vita”. A dream place for a stay by the sea with family or friends, this villa completely renovated in 2018 where tranquility is the key word. Ideal for recharging your batteries in this haven of greenery close to the beaches.

The villa can be divided into two parts with the upper part, the apartment for 6 people, and the lower part, the apartment for 4 people. The two parts are completely independent with private access both inside and outside (two entrances with independent gates and two terraces, not overlooked).
At your disposal in the tastefully decorated apartment, 1 large living room and 1 dining room, fully equipped kitchen, direct access to the garden, terrace. Access to the entire villa except the lower part in the basement.
3 bedrooms each with its own shower room and WC or bathroom (including 1 with staircase access, all the rest on one level).

You will be able to fully enjoy the exterior of the villa because the apartment on the lower level will not be rented. The owner could be on site for a few days during the summer but that will not prevent you from enjoying the terrace, the garden and the pétanque court!
A landscaped garden awaits you for relaxation, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue to spend pleasant moments with family and friends.
Private parking on enclosed grounds (possibility of boat trailer parking). Access to the neighborhood secured by barriers.

Located 2 km from Agay train station, 12 km from Saint Raphaël TGV station, 24 km from Cannes, 40 km from Saint-Tropez and 45 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur international airport . Many activities in the surrounding area and excursions can be organized in the national forest and the Estérel regional park, including of course all water activities.
