Welcome to our warm home on rue Emile Augier.

You are in what was, once upon a time, the headquarters of the central baank in Isère. Precisely in the apartment of the caretaker of the building, just below that of the bank director.

Don’t look, the ingots are no longer in the walls, nor even in the safe in the basement, the bank having moved a few decades ago, but there may still be some at our neighbors across the street: the magnificent Banque de France in Grenoble, on your left when you come out.

Opposite and to the right of the building, on the ground floor, right next to the La Nef cinema well known to the people of Grenoble, a former luxury glove factory (Grenoble was its capital in the 19th century), the neighborhood has no shortage of them.

This premium, privileged, and sought-after location in the city center is called the "golden square".

It is in the immediate vicinity of shops and trams. All tourist sites, all amenities, and all restaurants are within walking distance

Place Victor Hugo, the quays of the Isère, the Bastille cable car, Place Grenette, the Jardin de Ville, are all at most 200 meters from the apartment.

We have taken care to restore this apartment with taste to offer you a wonderful stay in our beautiful city of Grenoble.

It is forbidden to put you on the technical roof of the accommodation on the living room side
