Between the Rhône river and the Saône river, the Beaujolais and Jura, I discovered a naturally rich region, offering varied pleasures. La Bresse countryside and half-timbered houses, ponds of the Dombes and traditional fishing nets, Bugey and scattered villages, spruce forests and vineyards, the Jura foothills and heights. At the height of winter, I discovered dogsled fabulous landscapes of the Jura mountains . Gustatory pleasures are not far behind. I could taste some specialties : the famous Bresse chicken with blue legs, cooked with cream and morels, parsley frogs (Licking fingers !) accompanied by a delicious wine Bugey, but also some cheeses unknown to my taste buds as the ramequin.
