Renovated studio with a sheltered swimming pool and a garden equipped for children.On the outskirts of Dombes - Bresse - Bugey, 42 m² studio on the 1st floor of the owner's villa, with independent entrance: living room-kitchen area (sofa bed for 2 people 160 cm, LCD TV, DVD player), Wifi Internet access, microphone -waves, dishwasher, washing machine, mezzanine (1 double bed), cot and baby equipment, bathroom, separate WC.Electric heating and freshing, parking, large covered balcony with table and chairs, courtyard, shaded garden with swings, sandpit and children's house, garden furniture, barbecue. Swimming pool 5x10 m sheltered and heated in mid-season (swimming against the current, aquabike).Possibility to rent sheets / towels: bedding for a bed 10 €, towels and bath towel 5 €. Cleaning fee on request: € 45.Pets allowed on request : 5€ per day. Possibility of rental from 3 nights except July August:- 3 nights € 235- 4 nights € 275- 5 nights 310 €- 6 nights € 360Located on the road to Dombes.
