In the heart of the Lomagne, in a hilly landscape, in the middle of the countryside and woods, on 2 ha, at the top of a field, we offer you our vast family house, built in the 19th century. Its large swimming pool, its pigeon house and a small house (uninhabited), barbecue and table tennis give it pleasure and charm. On the garden side, an awning allows you to have lunch or dinner in the shade.Comfortable and well equipped, with bright, spacious and well distributed rooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Everyone feels at ease: 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, an office (with wi-fi) and a laundry room... We provide a baby chair and cot if required. And, as an option, we can provide bed linen and household linen. Pets are accepted with the owners' agreement, at an extra cost of 50€/week.The nearest small town (13 km) is Beaumont-de-Lomagne, a 13th century bastide with all the shops and a Saturday farmers' market.The region is also rich in art cities, Montauban, Moissac, Toulouse...In the event of a government lockdown and inability to travel during the rental period, we will refund the deposit. Rates for 2024 Middle season : 1350 € High season: 1800 €. Minimu rate :twi weeks

La grande cuisine et le potager dans lequel pioché légumes et herbes aromatiques du déjeuner. La piscine accueillante. La déco raffinée de la maison, la fraîcheur des pièces aux heures chaudes,... On se sent ici aussi bien que chez soi !

Superbe maison de caractère, en pleine campagne dans une belle région vallonée . La maison est vaste, les pièces et surtout la cuisine sont très grandes et confortables. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût. L'équipement est complet et rien ne manque. Idéal si on aime la tranquillité et la nature ce qui est notre cas. La piscine, spacieuse, est un vrai bonheur. Les propriétaires sont super-sympas, attentifs et ont veillé à tous les détails; il nous tarde d'y revenir .
