You will be seduced by the calm and the beautiful view of the vineyards, you will occupy the entire first floor with beautiful terrace to sunbathe.
The large entrance gives access to the functional and fully equipped kitchen and the living room with TV and large dining table. The 4 bedrooms are modern and comfortable and one of them has bunk beds for children. Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom and the other two share another independent bathroom.
The father of the owner lives on the ground floor, it is extremely discreet, so you can enjoy the garden and pool in peace.

Valréas is 1 km away, a small dynamic town that houses a rich cultural heritage.
Grignan and its famous castle, Richerenches and its wonderful truffles are nearby.

Among the many interesting destinations are the Mont
Ventoux, the castles of the Drôme, the Rhone Valley and picturesque villages.
The Nyonsoleïado water park is a pleasure for children and adults.
Many hiking and cycling. Visit Grignan and its castle.
Val des Nymphes is a beautiful place to picnic. Nyons attracts with its market
colorful weekly and Dieulefit is a mecca of crafts.
Vaison la Romaine with its impressive cultural heritage, and villages
mountain of Vaucluse such as Vacqueyras, Cairanne and Gigondas.
In Clansayes (19 km), golfers have
9-hole course. Major cities within an hour: Avignon, Orange, Carpentras and Montélimar. We also recommend the Luberon Regional Natural Park.
